DVTCH  cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We will never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by DVTCH. This Privacy Policy describes which kind of information about you we collected, where this data is used for and with whom and under what conditions this data can possibly be shared with third parties. We also explain how we store your data and how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have regarding the personal data you provide us. Webshop software

WooCommerce
Our webshop is developed with software from WooCommerce, we host our web store on a server under our own management. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. These security measures among other things consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent data loss.

Webhosting
RTM Business
We use web hosting and e-mail services from RTM Business (i.e. RTM Media BV). RTM Business processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. RTM Business has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. RTM Business is obliged to observe secrecy on the grounds of the agreement.

E-mail and mailing lists
MailChimp
We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and e-mail address for own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail, which is sent automatically via our website, you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will no longer receive our newsletter if you unsubscribe. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that make it clear whether e-mails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data for the further improvement of the services and to share information with third parties.

Payment processors
Rabobank Omnikassa, credit card and Paypal.
We use the platform of Rabobank Omnikassa and Paypal for handling the payments in our webshop. Rabobank Omnikassa and Paypal processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Rabobank Omnikassa and Paypal has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Rabobank Omnikassa and Paypal reserves the right to use your data to further improve services and to share anonymised data with third parties. All the above mentioned safeguards, regarding to the protection of your personal data, also applies to the parts of Rabobank Omnikassa and Paypal’s services for which they engage third parties. Rabobank Omnikassa and Paypal does not store your data longer than allowed on the basis of the legal terms.

Shipping and logistics
PostNL, DPD and DHL
If you buy a product, it is our job to deliver your package to you. We use the services of PostNL. DPD and DHL for the execution of the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details withPostNL. DPD and DHL. PostNL. DPD and DHL uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event PostNL, DPD or DHL engages subcontractors, PostNL. DPD or DHL will also make your data available to these parties.

Invoicing and accounting

Exact Online
For the records of our administration and accounting we use the services of Exact Online. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for managing sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected. Exact Online is obliged to observe secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Exact Online does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

Retention periods
We keep your information as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also consider this as a request for forgiveness. On the basis of applicable administrative obligations we submit invoices with your (personal) data, we will keep this information for as long as the applicable term is in effect. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced in connection with your assignment.

Your rights

Underneath we explain which rights these are and how you can invoke these rights. To prevent abuse, we will send transcripts and copies of your data only to your already known e-mail address. We keep records of completed requests, in case of a request for forgiveness we administer anonymous data.
